By accessing or using Stubs and Sleeves, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What the service does
Stubs and Sleeves provides tools for tracking albums, reviews, favorite tracks, backlog items, shows, and public music pages. Features may change over time, and some functionality may rely on third-party services such as Spotify, Google, Last.fm, or ticketing providers.
Accounts
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing activity.
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service, its infrastructure, or other users.
- Attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, or security protections.
- Post or publish content that violates the rights of others.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create and store in the app. By publishing public content, you give Stubs and Sleeves permission to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service.
Third-party services
Certain features depend on third-party providers such as Google, Spotify, Last.fm, Supabase, or hosting infrastructure. Those providers may have separate terms and privacy policies that apply to your use of their services.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, or if we need to do so for legal or operational reasons.
